Yeah its total horse shit. The company pretends like everything is going terrific yet they are cutting staffing on-board, all of a sudden are "renewing" contracts based on "performance", no annual bonus, cutting catering on-board...and the list goes on. In the 1 year I have been here I've definitely noticed a lot of changes. Yet according to the company everything is a ok!
i agree ive been with these company for two yeARS and i regret why i transfer from my previous airline... i am too was recently part of the crew whom they did NOT RENEW my contract as to so called based on my performance ... performance??? WTF!! i was workin my ass off for them ..hahaha well im happy in a ways that im out of this company with the way theyre handling things surely ..they only way theyre goin is wayyy DOWN there
Is this actually true? has anyone spoken to japanese crew?... and how much more over basic FA or FJ pay are they getting...? would love it if anyone has any real figures that they have heard and can share...
Apparently a Japanese FA would have same basic salary as FJ and a Japanese FJ would have same basic salary as F&B
