JAPANESE CREW GET PAID MORE!!!

Dear Etihad Airways crew members, just for you to know: Japanese government has negotiated special conditions to let their qualified employees join Etihad!!!
You’ll be surprised to hear that your fellow Japanese colleagues earn better money than you just because they are Japanese…! It’s all about non discriminative policy according to Etihad.

Plus, according to the new Etihad onboard organization, Pursers are now due to work in the cabin with the rest of the crew…
Food and Beverage Managers are now assigned to duty free on every flight!!
R4 Galley operators are supposed to be in the cabin and to manage the galley both at the time! Brilliant!!
                                                                                     
As James Hogan would say: Keep up the good work folks, it’s all about  securing my own end of the year bonus!!

HOUSING: RULES INVADING EMPLOYEES PRIVACY

Among many reasons not to join Etihad, there is Housing. Housing like anything else is driven by the most discriminative rules! 

You can’t live as a couple, you are under constant surveillance of underpaid army of dumb and frustrated slaves called security guards…

Privacy does not exist when you work for Etihad. As your employer and sponsor, Etihad has the right to control your whereabout at all times!!
Security staff are being pressured to constantly challenge occupants and this create a hateful climate of suspicion among inhabitants... 

REASONS NOT TO WORK FOR ETIHAD

If you are ready to live in a country where human rights does not exist...
If you are prepared to step into a company that will easily gash you as a used tissue… then this is it, join Etihad Airways!

But be prepared to discover how fooled you've been after wise. Because they will lie so much before your employment, promising working conditions and benefit that simply does not exist!

Be ready to experience a climate of fear and lies all the way long!
The company is not looking after employees! 
Management just doesn't care at all! 


When you live in an Etihad provided accommodation, you are not entitled to have visitors passed curfew… how do you feel having to cope with that?

You live in apartment but the place is entirely controlled and watched 24/7 by your employer who wants to know who comes in and out of your place at all times. Forget inviting friends over, they won’t be allowed to stay passed their bedtime! Forget sharing your place with your choose one, even if you’re married, management won’t allow it! Of course the rule does not apply to them or pilot… they enjoy 5 bedroom villas where they can bring their family and friends without anyone watching… That’s a non-discriminative treatment according to Etihad Airways policy… That takes us to another big scam about Etihad. They claim to apply a non-discriminative policy regarding their employees, but in fact everything from the status to accommodation is based on discrimination. 
Ask Arabic speakers crew what they think about being undiscriminated… They’ll tell you what kind of flight they get… You need to know that everyone is under a scarce discrimination process while working for Etihad. According to your nationality and whether you belong to one of the main ethnic group of people, you will find yourself in the winning or losing side…  
Want a glimpse of company rules? Have a look for yourself:
    • FA, FJ, cabin seniors and food and beverage managers are offered shared accommodation and may not have family members, spouse or partners living with them permanently.  This applies to cabin seniors who are currently in single accommodation.
    • Cabin managers are allocated one-bedroom apartments on single status only and may not have anyone living with them permanently.
    • Medical care benefits are given to the cabin crew signing the contract only and cannot be extended to any other member of their family.
    • Medical and GCAA regulations prevent cabin crew from operating on flights when pregnant and single status employment contracts do not offer any maternity benefits. As a result, crew who become pregnant are required to resign with immediate effect.

REASONS NOT TO FLY ETIHAD AIRWAYS

SAFETY
It’s not a safe Airline!!!
Ask anybody working for Etihad, they’ll tell you the priority is certainly not safety despite what they advertise to put everyone at ease.

SERVICE IS THE PRIORITY NOT SAFETY
Inflight Services grab most of the budget and safety department is constantly fighting to include legal basic safety requirement among the incredible amount of stupid service processes! 

When even the crew does not feel safe to fly their own company, you as a passenger can start to worry…



Their crew are undertrained and majority of them do not have the necessary skills to perform a proper evacuation!!


Pilots are arrogant and over confident for the ones that are qualified, the rest is made of dumb Arabs who got their pilot license right from the hand of government officials who don’t know what to do with their unemployed and unqualified people...


HYGIENE
The food is disgusting! A simple visit of Abu Dhabi catering will help you to give up on those fat and unhygienic onboard meals!

WELLBEING
Fly in Economy on certain route and you will enjoy the greatest field of germ you could ever experience, including at the realm of the most advanced virus laboratory, not to mention the smell of people too poor (thanks to their local employer) to use soap…

DELAY
If you get lucky you’ll have the privilege to wait for some wealthy sheikh’s family… Those guys have no problem to delay 250 passengers for hours just because their royal jet fleet couldn’t get off the ground. Two hours of delay is routine when you fly Etihad Airways, enjoy it, it’s free of charge!

INSPIRED SERVICE
If you have no intention to sleep on a 7 hours flight that departs at 3 am, then Etihad is for you! If you’re the kind that enjoy being waken up by a lousy flight attendant at 4 am for a disgusting, tasteless and overheated breakfast, you’ll appreciate the experience of Coral Zone Inspired Service!

PLANNING ON JOINING ETIHAD? THINK TWICE!

Thanks to the new Coral Zone inspired service, crew get 2 hours rest on 14hours flight to SYD… way beyond legal requirement...



Do they realize what can happen to an exhausted crew during an emergency?
Surely not… Too busy to think about the next award...

Management get credit for all the efforts pulled out by the crew on board! 

Management always implement new processes before trying them; as a result it always turns out to be a complete waste of time and money…
But they prefer to congratulate themselves and to pour gratification over their foolish heads... Look at this bunch of idiots celebrating what other people have achieved...  How shameless they can be...


MANAGEMENT GOT A 15% SALARY INCREASE, EMPLOYEES GOT NOTHING BUT A ' KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK, SO MANAGEMENT CAN GET REWARDS AND BONUSES'!

At the end of 2009 there was no bonus for employee (world financial crisis was the reason for it) but the management got a 15% salary raise… including indecent bonuses for each head of department…
Amazingly the crisis didn’t prevent those people from getting their benefit when the majority of employees got nothing but a phony “Happy new year” and a pawky “thanks for your continuous effort” from lousy Hoggy (James Hogan)

Etihad employees! It is time to wake up; they’re just making fun of all of you!

WHO IS JAMES HOGAN? A BIG FAILURE!


The former boss of Bahrain-based Gulf Air, James Hogan started his career in 1975 at Ansett Airlines, and subsequently held senior positions with BMI, Hertz and Forte Hotels.
Remember of Ansett's bankruptcy? Ever wonder why Gulf Air is losing 1 millions US a day? Someone's got the answer...


 
CEO’s are recruited worldwide on their ability to rule a company successfully, to drive towards a global achievement for the sake of both employees and shareholders, to implement innovative processes allowing corporations to develop and adapt themselves through the evolving challenges of business… 

In that perspective, where do James Hogan achievements stand? His greatest glory is to have had Gulf Air headquarters refurbished and repainted… and even that decision was made under the pressure of a visit by the King of Bahrain…


Why did they choose such a looser to rule their Airline?

The answer is easy. James Hogan while still being employed by Gulf Air, managed to lay off some of the most valuable asset of Gulf Air such as former GAMCO (Gulf Aircraft Maintenance Company) to what is now called ADAT (Abu Dhabi Aircraft Technologies) at a very convenient price. It’s all about business some would say.

But how do you feel about a CEO selling company property to a direct challenger in order to gain the favor of his potential next employer? In other words disloyalty and forfeiture…

IS ETIHAD A SAFE AIRLINE TO FLY?

STILL FEEL SAFE TO FLY THE BEST AIRLINE IN THE WORLD?

THE TRUTH ABOUT THE SO CALLED (SELF CALLED) BEST AIRLINE IN THE WORLD!

Etihad Airways praises itself for its achievement but management seems to have forgotten that what makes an airline and a great corporate enterprise is simply its people, and primarily its crew because crew is facing daily the sole and unique source of revenue of the company: Passengers!


But at Etihad, crew are overlooked and dispised by management.


The Management is only there to collect self awarded gratifications or to hypocritically appear to one of the numberless roadshows!


Roadshows deserve a full explanation because they are at the forefront of Etihad's way of managing their people.


Several times throughout the year, Etihad employees are forced to assist to the big mass of self congratulation displayed by members of management. It all happens in a Hotel, or a convention center.


The purpose of this phony gathering is to convince staff, Etihad is doing well and Management knows where they're going... Amazing what they need...


If it was only true, they simply wouldn't have to scream so loud! 



HOW DOES THE MANAGEMENT WORKS?

They don’t actually manage anything or anyone, they do not have to deal with anyone query nor answer question, and they’re just laying there earning their comfortable salary, safe from any confrontation with the reality of daily operations.

Management is not there to support employees; they’re just exerting a continuous pressure on them to prevent them from raising legitimate concerns and they do it simply by putting everyone’s job at stake and firing hundreds of people!


Want to know if employees are happy? Easy! Just ask them off the records what they think about the company they work for. Do it with any Etihad employees, you’ll see what you will get. You’ll get testimony of fear and the pressure that goes along with it. You’ll hear people so scared about losing their job, that they are ready to cope with the most disloyal and illogical decision. That is what Etihad Management is made off; lies, manipulation, disloyalty all spread by the phoniest people you could ever imagine.

Taking a look at management organizational chart can make you dizzy between the numberless vice president and the so called “head” of numerous services more useless than the other; they create positions filled by people that don’t add any value nor bring any kind of expertise to the company and off course they get paid top money for their incompetence but who will be surprise with James Hogan as a CEO?



THE METHOD: SELFPROMOTION


They call it “growth” or more exactly “unprecedented growth in the Airline industry”. Michael O’LEARY CEO of Ryanair is still laughing about it! And he's not going to stop laughing anytime soon because Etihad is flying to 50 destinations when Ryanair is going to 142... Etihad fleet is made of 53 aircraft, Ryanair's fleet: 142. Even more surprising, Ryanair managed to increase their revenue from 231 millions EUR in 1998 to 843 millions EUR in 2003 with a 25% annual growth along the way! So, still claim to be the best, Etihad? 

What might be mistakenly taken for a sign of growth is, once you take a closer look at it, a mere scam! Etihad spend a lot of money and pull tremendous efforts to make everyone believe they are in a successful path, where natural growth is ensured by an increasing number of passengers flying throughout their network. Common sense will assert that a company reaches the phase of growth when using part of his earned benefit to invest in future development because its management foresees potential income into his own particular area of business.

But this basic rule of business doesn’t seem to apply to Etihad’s management. Because their bragging growth is entirely financed by billions the company never had to earn! For the mere reason that it all came from government’s pocket filled with long standing oil revenue.

All in all, the increase in passengers figure only matches the increment of the entire network dynamism by destinations newly opened. It is in no way a proof of growth. Clearly, you can open as much destination as you like, it won’t increase your benefit as long as your expenses overcome the profit you get out of it, which is obviously the case of Etihad Airways. You need and example? Nothing can come easier! Take the destination of Manchester for instance. Manchester was added to Etihad network following the acquisition of Football club Manchester City by his Highness Sheikh Mansour Bin Zayed Al Nahyan. Needless to say that operating straight flight from Abu Dhabi to Manchester means to find 300 people willing to fly this route both ways everyday!

This shows you how arbitrary things are conducted even about decision affecting the overall effectiveness and profitability of the entire company!

The addition of such destination does not generate any income. Quite the opposite in fact, it rather looks like a commercial suicide! This silly move can only help Etihad to lose more money when the so called Management does not actually make any and surely won’t before quite some time…


THE COMPANY: ILLUSION OF SUCCESS

Etihad Airways praises itself for being the best Airline in the world…
But it only takes a closer look at their operation to realize how misleading their arrogant slogan is.

Arrogance is at the heart of Etihad marketing strategy. It is all about selling the product.

Etihad Management spends most of his time trying to convince everyone that this company is the best, the fastest growing and so on. Let’s see how false their arguments are and how far they can go to promote features, services and benefits that don’t actually exist.

First, one needs to understand that their promotional efforts are primarily directed to the UAE government itself. Because government officials hold the destiny of the company into their hands, thanks to their billions of dollars contribution.

One needs to know that Etihad is not making any profit. This company does not grow on benefit, and none of the investment perpetrated so far was ever financed by genuine operational result. That’s why Etihad Management is so keen on promoting being the best. Just to show Sheiks and rulers how successful their baby is… Needless to say this tactical won’t stand for ever as one day their Highnesses will discover that what they once took for strategist and experienced managers, are only a handful of irresponsible crooks eager to take the money while it still flows before leaving the place while it still stands…

Reality of numbers can’t fool idiots for too long, even if those idiots are ignorant Emiratis with billions to spend believing their company can achieve what other carriers throughout the rest of the world struggle to maintain …

Self acclaimed as the best Airline in the world. Etihad Airways story is one of lies and dissimulation. They lie to their people; they lie to their customers; they lie to the whole world about their operations, their benefit, their achievements, their goals, their features, and so on…
They cheat on their most loyal customer too…
