At the end of 2009 there was no bonus for employee (world financial crisis was the reason for it) but the management got a 15% salary raise… including indecent bonuses for each head of department…
Amazingly the crisis didn’t prevent those people from getting their benefit when the majority of employees got nothing but a phony “Happy new year” and a pawky “thanks for your continuous effort” from lousy Hoggy (James Hogan)

yes i agree about the bonus i was angry my self. but hey most of the management are british and Australians. arabs has nothing to do with the bonus decision
Actually all emirati's get a BIGGER increase in pay because they are .... local!- seperate from the management bonus's....
Yes i agree it is OBSCENE that management give themselves inreases AND bonus's for doing just as much and being just as productive as cabin crew who ARE the ones who have to put up with endless shit from uneducated brats= etihad passengers=spoilt emirate's
-------AND WE GET NOTHING---------------..... So anytime you see crew as a passenger.. give them all the wine and anything you can as a way for us to say;'thank you- you didnt get a bonus but please enjoy this- from the company"... ahahahaha!
